At Smryxellghod, we stand behind the quality of our seasonal site maintenance services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to delivering quality results for every fall, winter, and spring maintenance project.
Satisfaction Commitment
If you are not satisfied with any seasonal maintenance service provided by Smryxellghod, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Review your concerns promptly and thoroughly
- Return to your property to address any issues at no additional cost
- Make necessary corrections to meet our quality standards
- Work with you to ensure complete satisfaction with the results
Refund Policy
While seasonal site maintenance services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, Smryxellghod offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as specified in the service agreement
- Quality of work did not meet agreed-upon standards after correction attempt
- Service was cancelled by Smryxellghod and not rescheduled
- Prepaid services that were not delivered due to circumstances beyond customer control
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the service date
- Provide your service agreement number and detailed explanation
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Cancellation Policy
For scheduled seasonal maintenance services:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before service: Full refund of any prepayment
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 75% refund of prepayment
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 50% refund of prepayment
- No-shows without notice: No refund available
Weather-Related Adjustments
Seasonal maintenance services are subject to weather conditions. If Smryxellghod needs to reschedule due to weather:
- No cancellation fees will be applied
- Service will be rescheduled at the earliest available date
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Services completed to the agreed specifications with documented approval
- Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (natural weather events after service)
- Requests made more than 14 days after service completion
- Services where access issues prevented completion despite reasonable efforts
